Kennedy Point Marina Clubhouse & Office Renovation

Kennedy Point Marina as of 7/13/2026, is in the permitting process for a major remodel of the clubhouse and office building. The project will include removal of the old clubhouse areas, renovation and upgrades to the showers and restrooms, and improvements to the marina office. During construction, the pool will remain closed until further notice, and the existing building may be temporarily closed as needed during various phases of the project.

Please note that some areas of our website may currently reflect outdated information regarding marina facilities and amenities. These sections will be updated accordingly as the project progresses and new information becomes available.

About us

History, Resilience, and a Home for Manatees

Since the early 1980s, Kennedy Point has served as a peaceful retreat along the Indian River in Titusville. Originally built with a clubhouse and upstairs bar, it quickly became a favorite stop for the local boating community. Though Hurricane Irma destroyed the docks in 2017, they’ve since been completely rebuilt, and upland renovations are in the works to restore the marina’s full charm. Nestled along a quiet cove, Kennedy Point is also home to frequent manatee visitors, offering a unique and serene waterfront experience. The location is almost directly accross the NASA VAB (Vehicle Assembly Building) and provides some of the best views of rocket launches.

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Can’t say enough nice things about everyone @ Kennedy Point Yacht Club. Our windlass went out and Bruce made room for us when the other marinas in the area were full. Bruce and tons of folks came out to help us get settled in. He was even kind enough to extend our stay when we needed a few more days to get the windlass squared away.

The marina has a fantastic location for rocket launch viewing. We’ve seen 2 during our time here. Pool area was clean. New deck and covered seating area outside the clubhouse with a direct view of the manatee lagoon area. Pump out available in the slip.

Laundry area was clean with working washers/dryers @ $2/load.  We didn’t use the showers but the restrooms were well maintained. Walking distance to the Walgreens and Cumberland Farms gas station.  We also enjoyed the Asian House restaurant about .5 mile away. Small park located right next door to get off the boat and stretch your legs.

We definitely enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend.
